ATM’s and Public Telephones:
Automated teller machines and public telephones are located conveniently throughout our Centre.

Casual Mall Leasing:
Casual mall leasing gives your business the opportunity to benefit from the substantial flow of customer traffic that visits our Centre each week.  Casual leasing provides an interactive promotional opportunity that also enables you to communicate face to face with customers and for them to be able to see, hear and touch what you are selling.  You can choose from a number of high traffic casual leasing sites within our Centre.  Casual leasing is an ideal promotional and sales vehicle for seasonal or small businesses, or those that have not before marketed their product or service in the retail environment that a shopping centre provides.  For further information, please contact Castletown Centre Management.

Gift Certificates:
Castletown gift certificates are a great gift idea for family, corporate events, office awards or for that person who has everything.  Gift vouchers are available from Centre Management in denominations from $5 - $50 and are redeemable at any Castletown store (excluding Big W, Dick Smith, Target, Woolworths and the Service Station).

Justice of the Peace:
A Justice of the Peace (Qualified) is available to have documents signed, witnessed and certified every Monday from 11.00am to 2.00pm and Thursday from 2.00pm to 6.00pm located in front of Friendlies Chemmart Chemist near Woolworths.

Lost & Found:
If you have any property lost or found please contact Castletown Centre Management.

Motorised Scooters & Wheelchairs:
Courtesy motorised scooters and standard wheelchairs are available to customers with either permanent or temporary limited mobility.  Bookings are recommended by calling Centre Management.

Parents Rooms:
Castletown has two Parents Rooms that have been awarded a five-star rating by the Australian Breastfeeding Association.  The Parents Rooms are located beside the amenities near the Food Court and Brumby's, each providing a comfortable atmosphere and safe environment to look after your children's needs. They are fully equipped with chairs, change area, feeding area, microwave oven and toilet.

Training / Conference Room:
Castletown offers a fully equipped training / conference room for hire by community groups and local businesses at competitive rates.  Please contact Centre Management for further details.
